For some white participants Proctor is a rare experience of being a minority in a space curated and led by people of color. This workshop will open a circle for participants to share feelings and questions with honesty and vulnerability. We will also explore how to deepen ?our own work? (Audre Lorde) as white folk, so that we can probe critically our own family and ethnic histories and socialized identities, in order to become more reliable allies of people of color in all kinds of spaces. All are welcome, white folks are encouraged.
