- Speak Up for Policies that Meet Children’s Unique Health Care Needs: Urge policymakers at the state and federal level to do no harm to children and build on progress already made in expanding children’s coverage. Urge them to implement and enact policies that meet children’s unique health care needs.
- Enroll Children in Your Community in Health Coverage: Learn how your community can help ensure all children are enrolled in health coverage. Our toolkit, developed with AASA, The School Superintendent’s Association, offers lessons learned from 15 school districts in five states to create a simple, cost-effective and sustainable way to identify and enroll eligible but uninsured children in health insurance, something schools can do to help close achievement gaps right now and level the playing field for our poor and vulnerable children.
