Courtney Linsey is a man of many names and gifts. Also known as, SuNWhoa Love and Professor Whoa, Linsey is committed to serving others through music, film and education.
Courtney is now a 3rd year Ella Baker Trainer who served as a servant leader intern (SLI) teaching the students in the classroom for five years and also has worked in an administrative leadership capacity for two years as a site coordinator.
While working as an SLI at Altadena Arts Magnet School, the school principal came and observed his work with the scholars. She was impressed and offered him a job as a 4th grade teacher. Courtney has incorporated many CDF Freedom Schools practices in his classroom and has done the same at his church where he serves as a youth minister.
Courtney has continued his education at Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena, CA. pursuing his teaching credential and Masters degree In Education on a full-ride scholarship.

It was with this philosophy that Courtney created Professor Whoa. In response to the challenges of distance learning, Professor Whoa serves as a bridge between culture and instruction. Whoa creates content for scholars that is engaging, educational, and entertaining. His most recent release, “Wiggle Dance,” encourages young listeners to brush their teeth, wash their face, and start the day off with movement and affirmations. Be on the lookout for BlackBoard Vol. 1, which is an 8 track educational album coupled with a comprehensive workbook full of supplemental resources for teachers and families.
