Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, the Rev. Broderick Greer is associate priest for worship and young adults at Saint John’s Cathedral, an Episcopal church in Denver, Colorado. In 2019, Broderick’s chapter “Two Christianities: American Religion in Black and White? – an exploration of ritual, race, and history – was published in Sparkhouse Media’s “Dialogues On: Race?, the same year in which he was a panelist and presenter for Princeton University?s White Supremacy and Christianity conference. At Saint John?s, Broderick hosts Mile High Theology, a podcast and live event that explores the big questions of meaning, belonging, and justice. Guests have included Dean Emilie Townes, Dr. Wil Gafney, and Colorado poet laureate Bobby LeFebre. He served on the young adult advisory board of the National Civil Rights Museum at Lorraine Motel during his tenure as former associate priest for Grace-St. Luke?s Episcopal Church and School in Memphis, Tennessee.
